Parks & Recreation
The Town of Stanton has a small park located on Pond Road. The park contains children’s play equipment, outdoor exercise equipment, benches, and a picnic table with a grill, all nestled inside the Stanton Orchard.
The Stanton Orchard provides free fruit for all Stanton residents. The main orchard is located on Pond Road, and additional fruit trees/bushes are located along the walking trail on Hillcrest.
The Stanton Walking Trail is located on Hillcrest and includes fruit trees that provide free fruit for Stanton residents. Our objective is for residents to walk healthy and eat healthy. The Town is currently working on additional sections of the Walking Trail.
Haywood County has a number of parks and recreation programs that are available to all Haywood County residents.

Utilities & Waste Management
Currently Stanton residents can pay their utility and waste management bills via the Brownsville Energy Authority via mail, phone, or online (https://budutil.com/)
The Stanton Fire Department is a volunteer fire department and responds to calls within the Stanton area. Haywood County Dispatch (911) will call the appropriate emergency services for all Stanton and Haywood County residents.
