The Town of Stanton is looking for developers that share our community values and goals. The Master Plan has identified locations that are ripe for development.

The Stanton Master Plan was adopted by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen June 18, 2024. The Plan was available for public comment from April 15 – June 18, 2024, following a series of community engagement activities. The Town of Stanton Planning Commission held a special called public hearing and meeting to review the Stanton Master Plan and signed a resolution to adopt the Plan on May 2, 2024. On May 21, 2024 the Board of Mayor and Aldermen had a first reading of an ordinance for the Master Plan adoption, followed by a public hearing and second reading June 18, 2024.
